LGM has successful delivered LNG Fuel Gas system equipments for No.2 15000DWT Chemical Carrier

Gloryholder Liquefied Gas Machinery (DL) Co.,Ltd has successful delivered LNG Fuel Gas system equipments for No.2 15000DWT Chemical Carrier which is built in AVIC Shipyard on 6^th May,2016,?there is another success after the delivery of FGSS?equipments?for No.1 vessel in December 2015.The shipowner is Tertank Rederi A/S in Sweden.

The whole FGSS is designed and manufactured by Gloryholder independently, in particular, LNG vaporizer & heater have been awarded national patents.The unit of LNG FGSS adopts modular design, which has been passed the factory acceptance test of BV smoothly. The equipments of FGSS such as, LNG fuel pumps, LNG vaporizer & heater and W/G system etc. are arranged in closed stainless steel container that processing negative-pressure ventilation, which minimize the risks of gas leaking and fire hazard, the design make equipment assembly and the connection of peripheral?pipelines & cables more convenient that extremely reduce shipyard’s construction work .Two independent bunkering units are seperately installed in port and starboard of each ship, when one is failed the other one is automatically switched on, which ensure security and reliability of system.

Wartsila 2 stork DF gas fuel machine is adopted in this project, this main engine is the first Wartsila 2 stork DF commercial machine all over the word. Gloryhoder is very honored to obtain the FGSS order in the competition with foreign suppliers, Gloryholder will strengthen his efforts consistently and control the progress of equipment production and delivery schedule of No.3 &4 ‘s LNG FGSS in this project. Aim to provide more advanced products and professional service to shipowner and shipyards.
