Low Pressure Fuel Supply System
According to “Tank Type”, “Design Pressure”, “Hold Time”, “Tank Capacity” … We can provide several kinds of lower pressure system.
LP1: Vacuum insulation tank
Working Principle:
Double shell vacuum insulation storage tanks to be adopted, and tank design pressure is above 9-10 bar and normal working pressure is 6 bar. That means the tank can hold some days without fuel consumption. PBU Vaporizer is for “Pressure Build Up” to build the tank pressure at about 6 bar. Heater & Vaporizer make LNG vaporized and heated according to consumption rate by engine room consumers.

● 6-16 bar of gas supply pressure is suitable for most of engines, except MAN ME.GI main engine.
● Save compressor power consumption compared with 16 barg discharge pressure.
● No non-condensible gas (such as nitrogen gas) ingress into main engine or generator.
