LGM has received new order for LP LNG FGSS

LGM has signed the low pressure fuel gas supply system contract with AVIC Dingheng shipyard for 16300DWT Chemical Tanker (4+3) on Aug.2016. The owners are Furetank, Alvtank and Erik Thun of Swedish cargo transporter Gothia Tanker Alliance. The vessel was equipped with 4 stroke DF engine & DF inert gas generator and the gas supply pressure is 6~10bar. The Classification Society is Bureau Veritas.

 

LGM is responsible for providing the whole LNG FGSS, the system components as follows: two sets of LNG bunkering stations (to be installed at port side and starboard side on cargo deck), two sets of 300 cubic metres LNG deck tanks with cylinder-shaped tank connection space(TCS) which includes one set of LP gas supply unit, W/G system, venting system, gas detection system and LNG fuel security & control system.

It is another cooperation with AVIC Dingheng shipyard after 15000DWT chemical tanker project as well as another new LP LNG FGSS’s order that further proved LGM’s R&D and design ability in LNG FGSS market and established a solid foundation for future development.
