LGM Engineering awarded a Bitumen & Oil Tanker LNG FGSS order

Gloryholder Liquefied Gas Machinery (DL) Co., Ltd (LGM Engineering) signed a LNG fuel gas supply system contract for two 21,500 DWT Bitumen & Oil Product Tanker with Wuhu Shipyard Co., Ltd. in May 2021. The whole package equipment of LNG fuel gas supply system will be delivered to Wuhu shipyard in 2022. The shipowner is Tipco Asphalt Public Company Ltd, and the Classification Society is BV.

The propulsion system consists of a four stroke DF main engine with CP-propeller using LNG/LBG as main fuels. It is designed with full battery / UPS power, preventing from black outs.

LGM Engineering will provide an EPC delivery of the LNG fuel gas supply system package for the subjected vessels. The scope of supply includes; two sets type C single walled LNG fuel tanks with PUF insulation, installation guidance of LNG tanks, LNG bunkering stations, Water/Glycol system ESD system as well as system commissioning, gas trail, and crew training.

Based on years of delivery experiences, LGM Engineering have gradually upgraded and optimized the LNG gas supply system, and has established a standardized modular design and supply concept which has improved the efficiency at yard minimizing the installation time.
